We guarantee our products to be as advertised . We want our customers to

repeat customers. When your purchase arrives, you have a 48 hour
approval period to inspect and use the guitar or amp.
If you are not satisfied you must contact us within this time period.
If we dont hear from you we will assume you are satisfied and the
sale is complete .
If you decide to return the item during the 48 hour period,
we will cheerfully refund the purchase price once
we have inspected the returned item. Returned items MUST be
in the orginal condition and packing in order to qualify for a refund.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred
in the course of the sale unless other arrangements have
been made with us. We cannot refund freight charges. In addition,
a returned item sold with "Free Shipping" will have the
cost of shipping to thecustomer deducted from the refund amount.
If you paid by Visa, Mastercard or Discover, we will
deduct 3% of the total charge from your refund to cover our card
processing expenses. If you paid by American Express, we will
deduct 4%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
